My experience at FJ Chalke Wincanton Nissan was positive because having bought several cars there over the years , Mr Dan Cook was excellent in all aspects of my purchase and went out of his way to make sure I got the exact make and model I wanted at a specific date. He was professional throughout as were all other staff at F J Chalkes who I spoke to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a new car.

He was friendly, approachable and very professional making the whole experience straightforward and stress free. He had excellent customer service skills and took the time to answer all my questions without me feeling any pressure. He explained the optional products and services, but there was never any hard sell which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Jonathon to anyone looking to buy a car.
